You don’t have to carry this all on your own
Welcome to Wild Flora Therapy. I'm Jillian Hove, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate dedicated to supporting teens and young adults in navigating life's challenges.
I understand what it is like to appear to have it altogether but be struggling on the inside. As a teen and young adult I was dealing with a lot but often didn’t share with others what was really going on in my life. Through therapy, I learned skills on how to heal my own trauma so that I could become a better version of myself.
With over 10 years experience counseling teens in schools, I truly understand what it is like to manage the school system. It can be hard to be a good student, a good friend, and good family member while constantly being stressed trying to manage it all. I truly believe that nobody is good at everything but everyone is good at something and we will work together to help you identify your strengths.
Therapy with me is non-judgemental and catered to your individual needs. I also often use humor in my work with clients and believe that therapy doesn’t have to be so serious all the time. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person centered approaches to help you express your feelings and meet your goals.
