Move past your past.
Virtual Trauma Therapy Across Washington State
You’re tired of looking like you have it all together but struggling on the inside.
It’s like nobody really gets you.
You are not alone. Welcome to a journey toward healing where I provide a safe space for you to express your feelings and begin to move forward.
I specialize in helping teens and young adults overcome trauma to form healthy relationships.
As someone who experienced their own trauma in adolescence, I understand what it is like to appear to have it altogether and be struggling on the inside. My own experiences in therapy were transformative and I hope to guide you in your path to meet your goals and become the best version of yourself. Your trauma does not define you. I am here to support you with compassionate, evidence-based approaches so that you can have healthier relationships with family, friends, and significant others.

Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered counseling techniques, I provide a safe, judgment-free space to help you share what you feel ready to share. We will work on coping skills and creating healthy boundaries so that you can reclaim your life.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
Past experiences don’t have to continue holding you back. Your trauma does not define you.
