Therapy gives you a place just for you with someone who listens, doesn’t lecture, and truly cares.
We will work on coping skills and ways to express yourself so that you can finally feel understood by friends, family members, and the people you are dating.

Life can be so stressful and even more so when you are juggling all that it means to be successful in school, with friends, and family members. Together we will work to build coping skills that actually work for you.

Sometimes it can be difficult to communicate what you are feeling. We will work on ways for you to label your feelings and be able to identify what it is that you are actually feeling.

In therapy we will challenge your negative automatic thoughts so that you can recognize your strengths.

You get to decide how long we work together. Perhaps we work together for a few months or we could continue to work together for years if that is what you find most helpful.
Each therapy session is 55 minutes.

According to Washington state law, individuals 13 years and older are given full rights over their mental health.
Unless there is an immediate safety concern, you will get to decide what is shared with your parents.
