  • Physically I am located in Maple Valley, WA. I currently meet with clients exclusively Telehealth (video conferencing) and can meet with clients anywhere in Washington state.

  • I charge $135 for a 53 minute session.

    I am also able to accept clients who want to use their in network insurance benefits through Premera Blue Cross in my work with Mudflower Mindful Movement and Counseling.

  • Wild flowers grow in the most unlikely circumstances. They can thrive where ever they are. Just like people who have experienced struggles or trauma in their past can also thrive and grow!

    They are also beautiful just how they are! They do not need to be changed and we accept their beauty for what it is. At Wild Flora Therapy, you are accepted just as you are!
