Physically I am located in Maple Valley, WA. I currently meet with clients exclusively Telehealth (video conferencing) and can meet with clients anywhere in Washington state.

I charge $135 for a 53 minute session.

I am also able to accept clients who want to use their in network insurance benefits through Premera Blue Cross in my work with Mudflower Mindful Movement and Counseling.

They are also beautiful just how they are! They do not need to be changed and we accept their beauty for what it is. At Wild Flora Therapy, you are accepted just as you are!

LMHCA - Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. This means I have my Masters degree in counseling and I am under the supervision of an approved supervisor.

NCC - National Certified Counselor. This certification indicates that I have met specific educational, training, and examination requirements, and demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence. 

ACSC - American School Counselor Association Certified School Counselor. The ACSC designation recognizes individual school counselors who demonstrate their commitment to the highest levels of professionalism, ethical practice and continuing professional development in their school counseling practice. 

RYT - Registered Yoga Teacher. This is a credential awarded by the Yoga Alliance for those who have completed a registered yoga teacher training program. It signifies that the teacher has met the Yoga Alliance's standards for yoga instruction and is recognized as a qualified yoga teacher.
