Here is what we could work on together:
Therapy can help you understand what's happening beneath the anxiety, and learn how to manage it
-
Instead of simply trying to make your anxiety go away, we'll get curious about what's underneath it.
Together, we'll look at the thoughts, experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to how you feel. You might begin to notice connections between your anxiety and perfectionism, people-pleasing, past experiences, or the pressure you put on yourself.
As you understand these patterns more clearly, you can begin responding to anxiety differently—instead of automatically getting pulled into the same cycle.
-
Insight is important, but I also want you to leave therapy with tools you can actually use in your everyday life.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based strategies, we'll work on recognizing anxious thought patterns, questioning the stories anxiety tells you, and developing healthier ways to respond to uncertainty.
-
Anxiety doesn't just happen in your mind. Your body is part of the conversation.
You may notice anxiety as a racing heart, tense shoulders, a tight chest, an upset stomach, or a nervous system that always seems to be on high alert.
Through somatic and body-based approaches, we'll help you become more aware of how stress shows up in your body and practice ways to feel more grounded and regulated.
The goal isn't to force yourself to calm down. It's to better understand what your nervous system is communicating and build a greater sense of safety within yourself.
-
Anxiety often finds its way into relationships, too.
You might worry about whether someone is upset with you, overanalyze texts, avoid difficult conversations, or put other people's needs ahead of your own to keep the peace.
Together, we can work on building healthier boundaries, communicating more confidently, and recognizing when anxiety is influencing how you see yourself and your relationships.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
You don’t have to have everything all figured out.
Imagine a life where…
You can set healthier boundaries without being overwhelmed by guilt
You feel more confident making decisions and trusting your choices
You can quiet the overthinking and stop spiraling when it happens
You can learn to navigate your anxiety without letting it control you
Feel more confident.
