Intake Evaluation (provides diagnosis for billing) - 55 minutes, $210

Individual Session - 55 minutes, $170

I am also currently under the process of being credentialed through Premera Blue Cross and Regence in my work with Mudflower Mindful Movement and Counseling for clients that want to use their in network insurance.
