your past doesn’t have to define your future

Trauma Therapy Across Washington State

Jillian’s steady, calm presence during crises and in most complex situations helps ground those around her, making clients and families feel more centered, supported, and capable of moving forward. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a trauma clinician!

You’re tired of looking like you have it all together but struggling on the inside.

It’s like nobody really gets you.

Maybe you've spent years trying to move forward, only to find that the past still shows up in ways you didn't expect. You recognize how trauma has shaped your anxiety, your relationships, and the way you see yourself—but you're ready for something to change.

I specialize in helping anxious teens and young adults heal from trauma so they can feel more secure in themselves, build healthier relationships, and stop living as though they're constantly waiting for the next thing to go wrong.

As someone who experienced my own trauma during adolescence, I understand what it's like to appear like you have everything together while struggling on the inside.

We will work together to process the experiences that continue to affect your life today. My goal isn't to erase your past—it's to help you understand it, heal from it, and move forward with greater confidence, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of peace. Trauma may be part of your story, but it doesn't have to keep writing your future.

Sound like you?

You often feel completely overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.

You doubt yourself and feel like you are never quite good enough.

You say or do things that you immediately regret.

You push people away before they can hurt you.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy can help give you tools to move forward and reclaim your peace.

I hope to guide you in your path to meet your goals and become the best version of yourself.

I am here to support you so that you can have healthier relationships with family, friends, and significant others.

Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic counseling techniques, I provide a safe, judgment-free space to help you share what you feel ready to share and work to release built up tension and trauma that is stored in your body. We will work on coping skills and creating healthy boundaries so that you can reclaim your life.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Past experiences don’t have to continue holding you back. Your trauma does not define you.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • Your relationships feel healthy and bring you joy.

  • You feel more confident in the choices you make.

  • You’re able to express yourself and you feel understood.

  • Your past is no longer preventing you from reaching your goals.

Change is possible.

You Matter.
