Yes! I have over 13 years experience counseling teens in schools. I am located in Maple Valley, Wa but I currently meet with clients exclusively via Telehealth (video conferencing). I can meet with clients anywhere in Washington state.

Yes! I specialize in working with young adults and college students throughout Washington State who are navigating anxiety, relationships, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and ADHD or executive functioning challenges.
The transition into adulthood can be so tough and there is no how to guide on how to navigate it.
Therapy can provide a supportive space to process these challenges, build coping skills, and develop stronger organizational skills.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for support as you begin adulting, I am here to walk along side you and provide some practical tips to manage it all.

I charge $170 for a 53 minute session.
I am also able to accept clients who want to use their in network insurance benefits through Premera Blue Cross and Regence in my work with Mudflower Mindful Movement and Counseling.

LMHC - Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This means I have my Masters degree in counseling and have completed 3000 hours of counseling under the supervision of a trained supervisor.
NCC - National Certified Counselor. This certification indicates that I have met specific educational, training, and examination requirements, and demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence.
ACSC - American School Counselor Association Certified School Counselor. The ACSC designation recognizes individual school counselors who demonstrate their commitment to the highest levels of professionalism, ethical practice and continuing professional development in their school counseling practice.
RYT - Registered Yoga Teacher. This is a credential awarded by the Yoga Alliance for those who have completed a registered yoga teacher training program. It signifies that the teacher has met the Yoga Alliance's standards for yoga instruction and is recognized as a qualified yoga teacher.
